Else severely reduce damage and only have headshots count as instant kill. Dont let snipers sit behind the red line. anything that helps get the losers into the battle some maps are ruined because of the extensive snipers.

I personally am an assault and dam every sniper that menages to kill me in one hit, but to suggest that they be completely removed for the game is just spreading more of the "if it can kill me nerf it" mentality that will ultimately be the downfall of this game if it continues. And if it really bugs you that much, go back to your COD and stop spoiling my game

May I suggest solitaire? Or perhaps backgammon? Or even domino's... if your that kinda person.

It always takes two shots at least to kill someone if they have full shields....except for heavies, they generally take 3 shots sometimes 4 if they are using armor fittings. You must not play a sniper or ever sniped in DUST, cause there is nothing easy about it. The zoom on scopes isn't that great, they are generally "hazy" and hard to see through. As opposed to say BF3, where the scopes are much better, easier to see through, plus I can go prone and use a bi-pod to steady the weapon and not have to worry about weapon sway. So, get the bottle out of your mouth and pick up a gun or GTF off the battlefield.

Actually by stacking complex damage mods along with damage skills, its very easy to 1 shot with a sniper regardless of headshot. Damage mods are broke. Beyond belief.

It is MUCH more difficult to get a sniper kill in Dust than it is in, say, Battlefield 3. The aiming in Dust is a bit on the stiff side. When I get a sniper kill in Dust, it's because the person is either running bee lines out in the open, dorking around in the middle of nowhere, hacking an objective, or sniping themselves. If you're on the move, using your brain, playing the objectives and watching your sightlines, chances are my scope doesn't have time to zero on you (unless you're capping an objective).

I protect the capture points. I always hear "Livith, you may have a good KD and finish the game 23/3 but you did nothing for the team!" If I was not on the field, there would be more snipers. People would have taken the points. Not to say, without me we would lose, but not all snipers are useless. Also, though it depends on the map... If you don't want to be sniped easily, don't walk in a open field. Removing snipers from Dust would change the game. Stop QQing, learn to count them. It's not that hard. Personally, My weakness is getting flanked/Overwhelmed. Team up. Counter Snipe. Be sneaky. Don't be bad.

That one wide open map with only 3 null cannons and the mountains on each side is the worst, usually half my team is snipers and we stand no chance. I wouldn't complain if the snipers actually sniped people at the cannons we are attempting to capture, or defending one we already have. But no, they prefer to pick off the random people in the middle of nowhere.

You might be too young to have learnt it, but the old rule "Move without Rythm" still holds.
