I don't have any experience with corps so I was hoping someone could answer a couple questions I have about how they work.
!) Is there an in game list of people in your corp so that others in the corp can see who's on and group together easily?
2) Is the leader the only person that can set up corp battles or are able to appoint people to have the ability to do it?
3) Would I be able to give up my leadership position to someone else or will I just have to disband the corp altogether? |

Yes.
You can appoint directors, they can set up battles and access funding.
Yes, you can pass over the CEO status to anyone in your corp. |

While we're answering questions:
I assume the player rankings on the in-game lobby screen mean something, can anyone confirm this?
What does a light blue nametag mean? I've noticed some people have that
HOW DO YOU CHANGE THE DROPSUIT FOR THE LOBBY? Even though I use heavy militia, I still see myself with generic non-dropsuit
Will we be able to customize our lobby/room dropsuit in the same way EVE characters are customizable?
Will we always be gaining this standard 2-300,000 ISK per battle?
Will there be wars waged by players? Do they have any kind of effect in the universe?

I don't think they mean anything.
Greenish name tag means they are in your squad.
In drop suit fittings, choose favourite fitting on the suit you want to wear in lobbies
No idea, sorry.
ISK varies depending on amount of ISK lost both team, most ISK I've had from 1 game is 640k
