The landing gear on the Gallente dropships aren't any good and need a redesign. When you land on a flat surface the dropship tilts to one side like its about to roll over, and if you land on a SLANTED surface it CAN flip over. :( wasted isk |

My pilot/driver really dislikes that they get dropped off and mostly are an angle. The resulting take off is at the same slant as well. Either better landing gear or some solution for a flat landing would be the bare minimum. |

You should also be able to manually activate them, and they be made up of 4 sticks instead of 3. |

I might be mistaken, but I'm not sure if the dropships have any landing apparatus in the first place...
Might explain why I haven't yet been able to successfully land a dropship without taking significant damage yet (I've lost three to landing attempts alone and another one attempting to recover from a bad landing attempt... Made one landing, but it cost me my shields and a little bit of armor)
I would like to see them at least make a few things in the controls to make landing a little easier. Maybe something of a press/hold (X) to level your ship with the ground, cancelling all directional movement to make it easier to move the dropship straight up and down. This might even remove the need for landing, you just hover really low so people can get in and out as needed. My biggest problem on landing is that I have trouble stopping all of my directional movement and I end up just buzzing over where I'm trying to land and nearly crash into a building a little bit further down.
As for hitting the ground too fast, remember to NOT hold the L2, ease your way down. |

That's prefect. I beeline they should do exactly that. Finally put use to those unused buttons. |
