I think that when you get multi-kills, it should double the amount of skill points you get for that set of kills, and each kill in a row continues to multiplication process, ex. x2 x4 x8 x16
but only when close together, not like a long lasting effect. |

This would be cool, being able to have some sort of skill multiplier other than the augmentation's bought with real rent dough would be nice. how about it Duster's ?
Maybe multiply you're in game kills for sequential kills (streaks) for instance, 1 kill gets you 50sp, but if you kill another without dying you get 75sp for the next kill, and so on. that would be awesome. plus, lets face it, its hard to go on a kill streak, (which is great in my opinion, its more tactical that way, you can take a heavy down and 2 team mates next to him in one go all alone for instance - without a prayer, anyway) |

See, I like your ideas.
I'm just saying, i play everyday, and its so hard with skill progression. After i used the first skill points given, i struggled to unlock anything significant. Its like a slow crawl through mud where you had a head start.

So, when I go 16-0 I would get a huge amount of sp even after the cap is reached, then multiplied by my active booster. I think I end up getting 1500sp every game after soft cap.
This would widen the gap between new players and vets. Since many good players can get dozens of kills in a row, and would get sp faster because of it to get better skills faster.
A stat that tracks multi-kills and kill streaks would be good. It would be nice to see on a page of character sheet how many times I had 10 kills in row, but a in game bonus would just help kill new players faster.
for example 16-0 with the op doubling. 1rst 50wp, 2nd 150wp, 3rd 250wp, 4th 550wp, 5th 1050wp, 6th 2150wp Note at this point squad if squad leader they gained an orbital strike if nobody else has done anything, and a single kill will get them the next strike in chain till they miss.
The 16th kill would make the chain worth, 1.6384 million wp. You have to be very carful with multipliers, they get out of hand fast. I have gone 16-0 more then once, and players better then me have had higher scores without dying in match. It would be much easier to get a higher chain since 16 kills would give hundreds of orbitals to use during match. |

You are very right, and i agree that the numbers need to be worked out, and changed for balance. The second comment had some good points.

Okay. I like this idea. BUT- I only like it when I continue to read the OP as "WP" rather than SP. WP marks how well you/your squad are doing in a match. I agree that streaks should be worth more, but only marginally. (Like say +10WP per consecutive kill, resets if you go down even with a revive.)
If Kill Streaks directly earned you SP, it would make advancing comparably to others almost impossible. However, Kill Streaks SHOULD earn you WP to earn yourself/squad an Orbital Strike.
