Mangos are soft, weak and easily bruised. First fruit to drop off the tree and easiest to step on. They also don't go good with anything, and are a flash in the pan when it comes to longevity. Some corps seem to lay on the advertising a tad too much. Some will even act like they're forcing their corpies to use every oxygen atom they get on local chat or forums to advertise - a little here and there is fine, but I don't want to search a mile up the channel ticker-tape just to continue a conversation.
However, I haven't heard of direct to-person invites - that likely means you have shown impressive skills in the presence of their personnel managers. Take it as a compliment, but they aren't going to let up while you're still in an NPC corp.
If you really want to stop the invites, then you'll have to get in a player corp. Either look for one that lets you continue to be a lone-wolf, or get some friends together and make your own. And unfortunately, I don't think you can block a player corp. |

I eat mass drivers for breakfast. Once you learn how to get through that annoying bump to your aim getting hit by MD gives you - well, let's just say you better be good at shooting over cover. |
