seriously im really confused. ive been playing for 7 days and got a firm-ish grasp on the game. been playing Ambush lately and i have gotten 20+ kills in most matches ive went into. is that supposed to happen? im no FPS expert, and im using some pretty crappy gear with a horrible skill spreadout (think my best piece of gear is my GEK assault rifle) yet im still coming on top of the game. im loving this game, and im not doing this to stroke my own ego, im just wondering is it because im better than i think i am or am i going against people who like to think this is CoD and try to use CoD tricks?

and for the record, i think im a horrible player. people tell me diffrent but i still think i suck lol

The later, people just stand in the open and expect their 3 bullets to decimate your face, you may be decent too

however when I join battles anymore its totally lop sided. 1 team will capture everything and redline the other, there are some bad bad newberrys out there to make pie with.

yeah, it just confuses me really how you know your getting shot yet you dont turn around to actually fire back, ive had more than my fair share of times like this, yet i learned (even if its friendly fire) still turn around if you see that your getting shot to see whats up.

@YOUR NAME HERE: i like to think im decent at this game, but I still make constant newbie mistakes....such as hacking a point and running away to help somewhere else only to get it counter-hacked when im not even 30 or 40m away. but meh, live and learn and just take the abuse like a man

hahah cant wait till i get better at this game, im loving it so far. far more original than most if not all other FPS out there. cant wait to see what this game. see everyone on the battlefield :)

Too many COD experts thinking their "skills" will work in here. You can't jack up the turn speed to insane levels and rely on auto aim to auto target enemies the same way you can in COD. YOu can't dropshot, quick scope, or pull any of their other stupid little tricks here in big boy land. So they get obliterated, plain and simple. They aren't used to a game where you can only move within human limitations. Apart from the lack of prone position that is.

Also, you may be better at tracking targets. Twitch plays a very small role here. This isn't a "shoot first and win" game, this is a "track the target" game. Keeping your sights on the enemy is much more important here than landing the first bullet. That first bullet helps of course, but it's nowhere NEAR as important as keeping the target in your crosshairs.
