The slow ROF high damage weapon we have now is useless, and it doesn't look like CCP is working on fixing it any time soon. Anyway, looking at this poor broken weapon got me to thinking... shouldn't a breach AR be a high ROF/low accuracy weapon? Anyway, since they don't feel like FIXING it, maybe they'd be willing to change it entirely. I'll skip all the chatter and tell you I think the breach would be better suited to being set up like this like this:
25-29 Damage per bullet 800 Rounds per minute 50 Rounds per clip 40 meter effective range 43 accuracy
With this set up, the breach becomes a truly close quarters weapon. Virtually useless at a distance because of low accuracy/effective range, but perfect for close to medium range combat. The higher spread would help it keep hitting those evasive enemies at close range while the smaller clip would prevent it from being too easy to spray and pray for longer than a second or two.
Anyway, this isn't in the feedback section because I thought I'd get some feedback from you guys before I proposed the idea in the official sense, get an idea of how you would maybe adjust my numbers or see if you even think it's a valid idea. I appreciate any legit responses on this. |

I am really wanting the breach back SO bad these days... every time I see proto mention it, it digs at me more and more. Now I'm to the point that I'm trying to come up with some way for CCP to do SOMETHING with it... just so I could hold it in my hands again...
