Also heavy's can use any weapon a lighter suit can. People are forgetting the modularity of suits (mabey they are unfamilar with eve online), this isn't team fortress where the rule is medics have to use shotgun, and snipers are only for scout suits. If something is good a heavy will use it.

Don't skill swarms unless you are a terrible player. what about using swarms to kill aircraft? the plasma cannon is probably going to be a slow projectile weapon like the massdriver, so it's probably going to be fairly difficult to hit something 200 meters above your head.

It's 1300 shields 2200 armor* with shield resistanbce mods to take less collsion damage and shake off gernades. All buffer fit. In corp batles I spawn a 2nd LAV with a remote shield rep in the red zone , drive my LAV into the pit stop, top off the armor with the 2nd LAV, rep it with my remote gun and head back out. A few more levels of fittings and I'll be able to fit my afterburner on it as well, Right now I'm using a scanner in the 2nd high. great for finding reds to run over within 90m. numbers not exact I'm not as my ps3

I mean, you know its gonna have at least a little splash damage, and being a Light weapon means you can carry it on a scout suit and probably use it to kill Heavies, so I'm giving it 10 minutes after the patch before the OP PLASMA CANNON threads start popping up.
