I hope this is the right place to post this - if not feel free to move it. Since the reset on january 10th I have been getting no passive SP whatsoever - and yes, I only have one character assigned. I didn't know I was the only one until i asked around several times in local. No wonder people have been leaping by me skillswise!
How can I get this fixed? Anyone else not getting passive sp?
Also, as a sidebar, weren't we supposed to get 100 000 sp for logging on before january 22nd? Never received mine either...
Any help appreciated. |

Just switch it to another character and then switch it back again. |

switch what? sorry if I seem thick... I have only one created character, so it's not a question of it going to the wrong one. |

It's a bug, create a new character and switch back and forth. |

Create a second one, then switch passive to that one and back to your main.
The problem is that it is "attached" to your main, but not active.
You have to reattach it to activate it, and the only way to do that is to temporarily shift it to an alt. |

Its a known issue, a few of us found out early and fixed it early, some of us havent. We just have to hope that we all get it properly refunded.. (or that is what I am hoping for) |

I lost 6 days, can't imagine losing 17. Sorry, mate.
I don't think we are getting a refund, tho I did see someone complain on another thread and got a refund of the aur he paid for the passive boost, so maybe you can get a refund that way.
I also had passive boosters on, but I didn't ask for a refund of aur. |

first off..... click on your character and see if the option to "activate passive sp" is there, If thats not an option, and the character portrait says it has passive sp on when you hover over it, back up and create a second character real quick. Activate passive on that second character, load up that character, then log out of the game again. once you log back in just select your first character and reactivate its passive sp, this should fix the problem, however if it doesn't then i dont know what the deal is. |
