After all the main problems and bugs are fixed, can we have the game play in 1080p?
That's if the ps4 isn't out by then :).
This game could really benefit from it, an since the graphics overhaul is coming it would be much appreciated :). |

This has nearly become a norm for games. Even if no one asked for it I would bet all my SP that CCP has already considered this in the final product. Seeing as we're currently in the Beta phase this will come later. After all the required gameplay tweaks.
But I so wish you didn't say it, I can't stop thinking about it now.
That gorgeous fiery explosion just engulfed a few strawberries. 
And I love the MCC explosion. Imagine that it 1080p HD. Awwww yeah. My mouth is like watering. |

You won't see 1920x1080 resolution for this game. Remember, it's a PS3 game. Most games aren't 1920x1080. Very, very, very few even come close to it. The ones that are render at 1280x1080 and upscale the horizontal frame. Some downloadable games are, though. Very few.

It's only the norm for PC games. Even then, 1366x768 is extremely popular and widely used. They wouldn't have considered it for the final product. I will eat several pairs of shoes and my teddy bear if it happens. Meaning, it won't happen. Remember, this is still a PS3 game. The PS3 isn't a God machine. As much as people like to think it is.
But, there is a big visual update coming in the next build, apparently. |

I can't think of a single PS3 game that has 1080p, at least none that I have played. While I think the Trinity graphics would look great in DUST, the PS3 just isn't capable of that type of graphics quality. I'm afraid that we will have to wait until PS4 comes out to see those type of graphics and 1080p. However, I do believe that the folks at CCP are miracle workers and they have always impressed me with how they use technology to make the best use of customer hardware. |
