When the ISK transfer feature is released, you can reactivate your EVE account and make the transfer. Then, let it expire again. Problem solved.

Not any time soon. They have no reason to allow ISK transfers right now, as it wouldn't do anything but trivialize the economics of Dust for all EVE-connected players. Dust at the very least would need a fully-realized industry component, with resource harvesting and blueprint research and manufacturing, before they'd have any reason to start merging the economies. And those things probably depend on having ownership of planets, so as to build structures that allow these things to happen, although maybe they'll be doable on NPC bases on NPC-owned planets in high sec, too.
In either case they probably aren't going to allow ISK transfers until there's a chance Dust would benefit from having it. Which would suggest full market integration, which means Dust players would need to be able to be a part of the process as much as EVE players would. |
