When you know your team is definitely lose, I sometimes leave, is there any penalty for that? |

Of course - no SP and iSK after the match. The only thing remaining positive for you is your W/L ratio staying intact, but you're taking financial losses and not leveling up at all. Hope this answers your question. |

I think you get no ISK, SP or Salvage if you leave.
I'm not completely sure if its true, but I'm guessing its only rewarded after the game is over |

Your kills and deaths prior to leaving are counted. I believe but im not entirely sure.
You also lose the gear that you lost during the game. |

You get no salvage, but you get any SP and Isk you've accumulated up to that point. Your kills/deaths are counted in your stats, and you lose any equipment you've used so far that match. |

I find it interesting how many people leave a game right as it shows as being ended ........and thus lose the isk and SP rewards.
However I also think it should cost you ISK to leave a game. |

Yes, Kills / deaths are counted - no isk or SP earned. Gear used is lost. |

AFAIK you take a loss if you leave a game after having deployed.

As was pointed out in another post regarding on finding Salvage:
you do not get any Salvage as it is determined at the final tally screen. |
