Unless I'm playing with a team of people I know, nobody else revives whatsoever. Why is that? It gets you 60 points for each revive and it helps your team by not having to start at a distant point. |

I rarely see that often enough for it to matter either. Also, I dont think its quite as smooth as other game interfaces but I think it works well enough that it should be used a lot more frequently. |

I think a lot of people don't know how. They probably have a nanite injector equipped but don't realize it. That being said, I try to revive as much as I can, but it's not always possible. There are many times where it'll just get me and the person I just revived killed, so I just have to let them bleed out/respawn. |

I revive anytime I can. If the zone isn't hot or a sniper with his sights on it (Unless I don't like you) I wont revie to save my own skin. But you'll know it when I'm Reiving since I get 3-5 on the leaderboard with a negative KDR |

Because whenever I do run a medic class, everyone bleeds out almost instantly or their killers are still around to gun down anyone taking the logi bait.
Having a team that are known as competent players is really the only time I'd exchange the extra firepower for a nanite injector because otherwise it's a gamble. |

The Nanite Injector just needs a bit of changing thats all, the ability for the merc to look around when knocked down and call out to specific medics would be great.
Theres also the fact that some people dont know they have it. |

Well I don't revive people who died in a bad spot (Cuz they're just gonna get shot again, and then get me shot) But if someone is dead and they're in the area of which i can sprint, jump, and duck into safely I pick them up. I've been a Logibro for a long time so I can pretty accurately judge how long i have to get to someone before they bleed out. Usually i can kill whoever killed the guy in front of me and then pick them up.
This is a two way street though. Sometimes we'll run to a downed clone and he'll bleed out right there. That can be kind of a disheartening moment for Logibro's and so they'll typically not make the run to a downed clone because the downed clone will get impatient and bleed out.
I find a lot of the time that Heavies are the only ones that will actually wait to be picked up. I think this might have to do with the heavies kind of having the mindset that everyone moves as quickly as they do and allot the appropriate amount of time to pass (which is larger than an Assault or Scouts should my theory of the mind set be accurate) which allows them to appear more commonly capable of being revived.
TL:DR
I Revive everybody i can, provided I can successfully do so.
If you want more people to revive you, tell your assault buddies not to bleed out when they drop.
I have a theory about speed affecting the rate at which a person bleeds out.
Keep the faith. |

Thats why I rolled logi, literally no one was doing it in a ambush match where it realy decides who wins and loses.
Some people also might not be smart enough to get the nano injector for equipment (single best equipment for a match, res anyone for WP as much as a kill)
But also don't die far away or where enemy are. In dangerous territory (everywhere in dust) I aim to stick in groups. |

2 days into the game and iv always got a nanoinjector with me, and i do revive people BUT i do a little mental check before I commit to reviving a player.
1) can I get to them in time? (if yes move to question 2)
2) do I know what killed them/is it safe? (if yes move to question 3)
3) Is this the most constructive thing I could be doing?
3 is mainly because I'm still learning and rather clumsy at best with the radial menu, the number of times iv wanted to grab the nanitinjector and found a nad in my hand but more often than not its a question of would I be better hacking that clone revival unit/objective than fumbling with the radial menu so 3 will, eventually not be so much of an issue.
But 1 & 2 still apply, remember what killed you, is it still a threat, if so I'm not going to rush it because apparently that tactic didn't work out so well for you :P

I'm usually on an assault suit and i always have an injector, usually when a couple of blueberries and me are assaulting an objective and they see me reviving 'em, they take longer to press O and the match becomes a WP-fest for me :D
I usually revive 5+ blues every match and end around 20-30/5 w 2000 WP, so i think it's quite possible to kill and revive (play BF3 for more info) |

I always revive, always. I carry an injector with every fit apart from fat suit, alot of people never wait long enough though. With my logi fit I carry both injector and repair tool because right now i havn't got to skilling up past milita injector, so I use the repair tool to bump up the dudes shield/armor. Tip to newberries, if you go down and it says 'triage is within your vicinity' when you call for help, WAIT. |

to the medic ppl out there: have u ever tried to shield a friend from a sniper just after reviving him? (ofc you have to be in coms with him while screaming "OMG IM GONNA DIE, IM GONNA ******* DIE!!!" ) then you get a bodyshot (usually) and start running like a headless chicken, meanwhile your friend has recovered and is doing the same.
Result: 60 WP, 0% shield, 90% armor and a friend that is obliged to at least try to save you the same way if you die now Optional result: a headshot and 2 deaths (but hes obliged to emulate you next time anyway ) |

sometimes a medic sees a threat that you're not aware of, leaving you there thinking "Revive me already you f***!".
A fix to this would be the ability to look around while in bleed-out mode, or proxy chat |

1. I got a lot of people to revive and just one nanite injector. 2. Most of you run away from me when I'm repping you making your death come quicker. or quicker again 3. your the second closest person to me that is down 4. there is no timer to tell how long you have left compared to the other guy 5. I don't wanna revive you and we both die 6. I can see more that the person downed 7. people who hit square get revived first in my book ( squeeky wheel gets the grease) 8. turn your mic on and go to voice chat.

lol really? we're having this discussion again??
well let me put it this way since im a logi bro.
i do revive blueberries AND my squad mates, BUT if you're on the ass end of the map or if you're surrounded by cherries then i wont go revive you, reason being if you are at the ass end of the map by the time i get to you, you would've bled out and died which makes me running over there to revive you a waste of my time, and when you are surrounded by cherries NO logi bro's will risk their lives to go revive you since they'll just shoot you when you revive and then shoot the logi bro which means 2 easy kills and you die twice meaning you lost another set of items easily.
well thats what i do, other logi bro's might have a different mindset and you get those who won't save your ass if your not in their squad etc etc so maybe you just have bad luck with your teams |

If you see my name on your team in a match, rest assured that I will do my best to not only revive you, but to also repair the remainder of your armor that isn't restored by the revival.
There are a few exceptions to that rule: One, if you're under the gun of a sniper out in the middle of an open area, you're on your own; and, two, if it's in the middle of a hellacious firefight GÇö there's no point in reviving you under such circumstances, only to see you get killed again almost instantly.
The exceptions might change as I improve my skill levels and equipment to better ensure your survival under demanding circumstances. |

I like reviving blueberries in front of a huge line of fire. I do it occasionally, just so i can know that when they die again, i can revive them again for 0 WP, and again and again.
Not because i want them to actually live or anything, i just like watching blueberries die, and if i know i'm causing them to be delayed to respawn, then i will do my best to provide every inch of living torture a logi can provide to his own team, by terms of "helping".

being rezzed is just not worth it at times. Noone ever kills the guy that killed you, you're never restored to full health, when you are rezzed there is a delay that make you stand there like a deer in front of a high beam, etc. I'd rather walk around with a nanohve than risk both our lives trying to rez a blue dot. If it were a squad member, then you may know who killed him but you have no idea how that blue died. It's a trap...many times over |
