Okay. So, I was one of the people that was having problems with overall mouse sensitivity. I actually found a fix in the PS3 XMB that I figured I'd share with the community. I actually spent a few weeks dickering around with the In-Game sensitivity controls and found the mouse controls to be too slow.
So, if you were like me- Here's a potential solution to your problem.
Go to your XMB Settings Accessory Settings Scroll down to "Pointer Speed." If your mouse operates too slowly, set your pointer speed to "Fast" If your mouse operates too quickly, set pointer speed to "Slow"
Start DUST and test. If your mouse works significantly better, adjust the In-Game sensitivity until it suits you.
I personally am using a Razr DeathAdder 3500DPI mouse along with a Razr BlackWidow keyboard.
Side Note- A good way to see if it's working is to adjust the In-game sensitivity to 50, and move your mouse around. If there's an improvement, you'll notice it immediately when you compare the "before and after".
Hope this helps guys. Happy hunting.

Thanks for the bump guys. If anyone doesn't get immediate results, drop me some feedback and I'll experiment and see if I can't get you an answer. Mind you, the only mouse I have to work with is the DeathAdder.
Also- If you can leave your mouse type and optimal In-Game Sensitivity, it should help us compile a list for people that WANT to use KB/M but hear a lot of problems with it.
For me: Razr DeathAdder- 50 sensitivity.
I should also point out that turret sensitivity is handled by a separate mechanic from the actual IGS. There's a high turn-speed cap (meaning slow as ****) on the turrets to keep them from being One-Man-****-Towers. |

Not great for me. Both my mice (Saitek GM-3200 and a Gigabyte M6900) are quite slow. I have tried turning them and the PS3 sensitivity up to max but still a bit too slow. Needs the PS3 to probably go up to 200 before I would be happy. Hopefully a simple fix can be implemented soon.
