Hello, I'm Shanghaij. I have been playing EVE Online for almost 3 years now, and I am looking to expand my current corporation. This is not a recruitment thread, per se, but more of a request for your opinions on what an EVE corp should do for our Dust counterparts? We have tried a variety of experiences in EVE (nullsec, WH space, industry, etc), so we should be able to find some way of helping out our mercs.
So, what would you like from your EVE overlords/bank rollers? Do you find that they should remain separate entities, or would you like to have a sense of dedication to a corporation, helping us meet our objectives by fighting on the ground? I want to know what we can do to make your time in New Eden enjoyable.
Any and all input is welcome.

Personally I'd like to have our Gods in the sky dedicated to us. Or atleast to us and our allies. Tight knit enough that they're basically in the "squad" per say. Knowing you're ready to rain down whatever we ask for when we need it is priceless. Something like that would in turn give reason for the dust corp to be dedicated to whatever your needs are. |

I want them to give me large sums of money for killing the vast swathes of people they hired me to murder. Orbital support is optional.
I would also like a decent pension scheme. |

Alright, so the general vibe that I'm getting here is:
1) Iskies
2) Orbital support
3) More iskies
Another question I have is: Do you, as Dust players, view your work as having an effect outside if just the match you are playing? Or do you only worry about winning the match that you are in, and feel unconnected to a larger story/war/campaign? |

To me right now I don't feel connected but that's mostly because outside of the framework and being on the same server, we are not connected yet. But when we get to the point that either side can help each other, then it will probably be amazing. |
