Here is some bugs I was told would be taken care of, some right on these forums but its been 2 weeks and nothing. DEV's please look into this I am tired of wating. 1 of these was earned in game but the other cost real money. Please either refund the money spent or give me what i have paid for.
1) My Exile Assault Rifle, 2weeks ago I was told this would be looked into and returned... still waiting......It was taken on the 10th of Jan. Please replace or give something else.. tired of waiting.
2) My passive SP boost is not working on my ALT if its not supposed to work then it should not be active and taking my aurumn
right now I need my 7k Aur back or another passive booster tossed into my account.
3)I bought that Merc Pack more then once and iwas under the impression that I would get what comes with it more then once as well? so what happened to all that gear? Its not there..Please let me know where it has gone so that I may equip it.
I know your are busy but I would now greatly appreciate at least an email or reply from a Dev saying they are getting on this. Thanks.

afternoon to evening latency and being kicked from games...picks up in the evening..
players showing that they are hit, the hit indicator going off but player does not take any dmg?
Im tired of ranting lol sorry to be a bother and sounding annoyed , again you guys run a wicked game and Im just upset because its one thing to not get something in a game you should have gotten, but to pay for something and still not get it, something entirely different.. Thanks for your time... |

Well yes they said they would, and I would imagine they would....Taking equipment away from players that have earned it? Charging people money for gear and sp boosters then not giving them or having them not work. Yes I am imagining they will fix this? ?? wont they??? |

I feel your pain but this post will almost certainly be ignored because it is a list - they specifically say not to make lists of problems and will pay no attention to them. I'd suggest you email support again. |

All I have ever gotten from suppot is that email that says they did receive my email and someone is looking into it...But thats all that comes of it. I am sorry but after 2 weeks of waiting, if they cant get us are Exile Rifle then they need to either take it out of the game , or give it to everyone.....Also My passive, and items lost well thats just aur and they should have a record of that. Ok so i wanted to do an update... BPO and the equip did get sent now, but it was sent onto the wrong character.. could be my issue though so that has been sorted. Also the Passive sp booster not working on the character started working I think it took about 2 days but its going now so thats been fixed.. Finally we come to the last issue I had mentioned which was the exile rifle I along with many have lost. IT IS STILL GONE...... still waiting..
Few othere glitches that have sprouted up, as well as old ones..Getting booted from matches, and shooting people and having the shots register hits but target not taking even a single dmg? thats getting old now too. But something really really new to me is spawning in game and falling .. so right when i get in game fall dmg almost killing me but I dont even get to use an inertia stabilizer? the option doesnt appear it just drops me lol. sometimes dont care but starting to cost me expensive suits. so now caring..Thanks for the above fixes still looking forward to the exile coming back though and its been 3 weeks abouts. |

Passive SP on alt not working is not a bug. passive SP can only be active on one character per account at a time.
this will not be fixed. Don't put boosters on characters not recieving passive SP. CCP will not reimburse you. |
