The armour repair module or the module that increases your armour or neither? If neither of them are great what would be best for an Assault medic wielding an AR? |

I have found that the stamina booster is useful, as it allows you to cover about 200m at full sprint, useful for closing in on a point when you got an inopportune spawn. |

Not much fan of stamina modules as you can boost the skills if you need. Most of the time as a medic running with corp squads you tend to stick quite well together anyway.
Personally I'd run one plate and one armour rep to get your health back between engagements. The extra health from plates is really nice. |

Medic needs nanite injector and rep tool. Nanohive is highly recommended too. If you want to be a medic, I suggest that you take a look at logi. The type 2 logi suit has a higher movement speed than assault at the cost of an extra equipment slot. Logi does sacrifice a sidearm, but if you are supporting instead of shooting, you hopefully won't need one. |

I would say armor repair. If you're running medic, there will probably be meatshields to hide behind and take damage for you, so you might as well be able to repair what damage you do take.
I personally go with both, but I use a logi fit that has the PG/CPU for 2 shield extenders, armor plates, and a repair module. |

yah. That's probably how I would go too. You can rep other player's armor with your tool, but you can't repair your own. You might be able to get away with not using an armor rep module if you have the nanohive that reps too, but at your skill level you don't. |
