We are very big on team work and when we team up we normally end up ranked in the top 6 after each battle, so its great to see people giving us praise and joining up, not just from the scores but beacuse you activly want to team up and pone some merc ass and not solo it. We will give you all the support you need to excel within the corp and as a whole we are approachable and have good banter :) You don't have to be an uber killing machine as we need good logistics guys too and your war points soon stack up, trust me i know, i'm logistics.....low kills but massive war points....and points mean ISK! Since joining and squading up with others I have watched as my ratio jumped up (.97 at the time of this comment). I'm tasting victory after victory with these guys, and it is sweet.

Not trying to talk down but is there a site or something I can maybe talk to fellow corp members? I wanna play, team work, have fun, make new buds and find my skills an d what I'm good at in the game. Cause randoms don't work they don't care...you try to help them they don't give a damn. When I do get to talk to peeps in the corp though, kind individuals who aren't too serious unless they have to be :) I love it and I wanna play more and more with you guys.

SAY SO " LFS " LFS = i'm looking to squad up room for 1 = i've got 1 space available in my squad who wants into squad headset/mic is recommended * however not a requirement we do / will encourage you to get headset/mic = more fun verbally talking & telling jokes

I've played a TON of fps games over the past 7 years and I gotta say, using teamwork like that, something I could only dream of doing in other games. It is usually everyone running around, not listening to the party leader/squad leader and nothing gets done. The 3 or so hours I was with my fellow corp squad we didn't lose one battle and it was 4 guys carrying the rest of the team. Thanks guys! PaulinWales RED RED COLONIAL MARINES Covert Intervention 27	Posted - 2013.01.28 03:49:00 - [18] - Quote what a week we've had, our corporation numbers have doubled in less than a week ( 87 approx members ) luckily we are a global corporation members in europe , uk , usa , asia being global means that it doesn't matter what time it is ! you should find someone in corporation to team-up with :) as we encourage teamwork & give technical support / help to anyone of our members, just ask = we help it's always good to team-up , you never know when you'll find a excellent squad leader ~ hiding & just waiting to lead their own squad . not everyone wants that responsibility of being squad leader or any good at it or don't know until they try ~ we encourage teamwork

Definately Teamwork > Solo runnings another happy team player , it's far better teaming up into squads & hunting red-berries in a pack than running solo Do anyone think they have want it takes to lead your own squad ? if so bring it on ! we'll give you a chance even help you to be a squad leader , not everyone's cup of tea, being squad leader headset/mic is recommended * however not a requirement headset/mic is really needed for squad leadership roles / duties

By looking at our daily playing members , it's looking good as we are constantly get new players joining us . We as a friendly growing corporation : encourage teamwork almost always trying to squad up with new members ( some of us more than others do ) always willing to provide technical support / help. e.g. Getting headset/mic working for new members Even though we reached 100 members + Our policy remains the same : keep recruiting help our members , within reason ( NO cheating allowed OR giving Hard currency to others ) make as many welcome as possible encourage teamwork / teaming-up together being open to new ideas ( this doesn't mean we will use or agree with that idea ! however if it's a good sensible idea ~ who knows , it could become law or policy )

RCM was commanded on this occasion by RCM director Scoota EU, with squad leaders DARK WOLF 1 and Jay (when the director got glitched a few times). We were out numbered but prevailed, squad leaders really stepped up when the director dissapeared because of a glitch. We turned the initial momentum but at the end you guys overwhelmed us. It was my first corp battle, and a few of us were new to them as well, but no excuses. You used good tactics and left me scratching my head a few times as to how to best deal with you all. Great match, well done. Good group of people.

I run Logi and always need a heavy to pair with. or if Logi heavy I'll switch to assault with a MD (this is my boomstick) Have mic and use it. Also, please post LFS heavy/assault/logi/scout as this will help balance squads quicker RF1, RF2 if running one. If I'm in a match I always check after to see if new corps members are now playing and need a squad, so be patient if I'm on, I will send an invite or let you know I'm full.

I am the jack of all trades. I have been in this corp for a long time it's fun and my questions get answered when I ask them. I have 15 million ISK I hope one day when I get 100 million I can create Red Colonial Marines Air force a corp that would be dedicated to flying drop ships and jumping out of drop ships and capturing things. If Paul agrees to it I would then take mercenaries from the main corp and teach them how to fly.
