Gradient is Recruiting (RP/empire/industry/anti-piracy/soldiers)
We are looking for soldiers interested in supporting the Minmatar Republic.
Gradient is a corporation loyal to the Minmatar Republic. This far we've been a professional unit of capsuleers supporting the Republic by creating a strong industrial backbone as well as a strong combat force. Our industrial operations span the whole Republic, and our combat operations fight pirates, Amarrian Empire loyalists, and other criminals.
Now we are extending our fight for the Republic to the planets by forming ground troop arm for the corporation to supplement our existing fight in space.
What We Require From Our Employees
Willingness to work for and support the Minmatar Republic
Willingness to adhere to our rules and regulations
Willingness to constantly learn and aim to be good at what you do
Due to security reasons, we do not hire pilots trained by Amarr academies
What We Offer
An established corp with a lot of freedom to work with other people or alone to implement your own ideas and dreams
No mandatory duties
Regular combat operations
Analytical and passionate approach to mastering warfare
A wide selection of products that our pilots can purchase at production cost - this will cover also soldier equipment, should they become manufacturable by capsuleers or soldiers.
A monthly salary for those who contribute to the corp - this will start covering ground troops as soon as ISK transfers from capsuleers to soldiers are allowed
What We Do Not Offer
Financing. While the corporation and alliance provide various ways to support you financially, those should be seen as a bonus, not as a requirement. You are expected to be self-sufficient.
Guaranteed entertainment. While there are regular operations and jobs available, you should not rely on those as the only means to entertain yourself.
Plans for 0.0. While we do sometimes fly to 0.0 space, in particular Great Wildlands, we are a corporation loyal to the Minmatar Republic. Our place is the Republic, and we have no plans whatsoever to change that.

Gradient is a roleplaying (RP) corporation. Our characters act as if they really live in the EVE universe (as opposed to playing a game).
We enjoy roleplay in the immersive style. All our channels, including Corp and Alliance, are "in-character" (IC) unless specifically stated otherwise and we play our characters in them. The main focus of our roleplay is on our characters who slowly develop and build interconnections related to events that happen during gameplay.
Our characters are ordinary people from the EVE universe employed by Gradient, a Republic loyalist corporation - a professional unit of a nation at war. If you would like to join us, please make your character realistically employable. To maintain our setting, we cannot hire obvious enemy spies, aspiring action heroes or characters from other fiction.
The main goal of the corporation is to provide an RP environment for mature people with lives. This also means that we believe in "RL > EVE/Dust" and will not hold it against you if your real life restricts your ability to play the game in any way.
We do not require previous RP experience, but we do require you to be interested in roleplaying.
We have ten years of experience on immersively role playing EVE universe. Joining us gives you the unique possibility to tie your character to this intriguing web of actually played out history. |

I will join you guys but Ill need a space side home for my pilots aswell. They are both Minmatar, one is a Cap Pilot and one is my day to day combat pilot. Both are positive TLF pilots, one is about a hair away from TLF General. I RP on summit all the time with Ava, Ssakaa and so on. Drop me a line in game. |

Alright!
Same player having multiple characters in Gradient is not a problem at all; we have fair amount of those already. However, you need to go through the recruitment process separately with each of them and treat them separate characters on IC communication. The OOC recuirements for the recruits are exactly the same, willingness to RP and willingness to learn to be better at the game if doing pvp, so it should not be a big deal - if you can do it with one character, doing it on other characters should be a breeze.
On capsuleer side we currently have 2-3 people in queue, because to ensure proper briefing and integration of new characters/players we have set a cap for how many prospect level pilots we have at any given time. However, this just means you might have to wait a bit with the pilots - if you qualify for recruitment, you will eventually be accepted.

Rus have you and your boys join "Tribal Voices" chat. Im going to start to try and get Defiants Dust corp aswell as as many NPC Minmatar members in there. Not exactly a recruitment channel as apposed to Minmatar player pub channel. If it kicks off, it may be a good place to recruit aswell as get people just looking for groups. |

I am new to Dust 514, but found the idea of an RP corporation rather enticing since I found myself doing so already. My main question is do you require a mic because at the moment, I am unsure if I have one (it may or may not have broken). I am reading the posts on how to apply and such, but I am unsure since I am new. I will figure it out, since I figured out the game after playing for hours. |

Not having a mic will put you to a slight disadvantage, but if you can listen to what others speak on voice, we don't strictly require it. The way to apply is to get to ingame channel "Gradient" and ask to be interviewed. You can also ask whatever questions you have about us there. |

Though I am State sponsored as far as the clone soldier program I have been released of all obligations and have been fighting along side any willing to oppose the Amarr. I will be on your public channel as often as possible.

Hello Jerras,
You may not notice me, but I've also been having some interesting discussions with Gradient members. They are some very nice people (especially for capsuleers), and I was rather pleased with their treatment for cloned soldiers.
I'm glad to see you taking an interest in them, and I hope to see you on the field soon.
