Passive Boosters don't seem to be making a difference. SP tick is roughly the same between boosted characters and unboosted characters. |

Check it out after the restart. If it still isn't working than either search for the subject and follow their solutions or try this.
Select your alt and give it Passive SP. Start the character (I think, that is why you should check the posts). Exit the game.
Start the game and select the character you want to actually have the Passive SP. Start that character. Should be fixed.
If I can find the link I will edit this.
Do what ever this says. Probably ignore mine.

you don't even need to start game on the other character...
select passive, then select passive on the character u want and log in.
Had this same problem on day 1, noticed it the next day when I got crap passive overnight..
mailed CCP to accomodate for the glitch, as well as inform them how to replicate it... no response and its been what 10 days now? |

Create an alt. Switch the passive booster to the alt. Then switch it back. |

Sorry, it didn't happen to me so I filled out what I recalled. Incorrectly it would seem. I edited the post to add the link, BTW and suggested the OP follow that one. I didn't find the link until I posted of course. |

Thanks for the replays guys.
Wasn't sure if the other threads were a similar issue or the same issue. I was referring to the booster. I'll give the whole swap thing a whirl and see what happens.
