Are the dropsuits on the aurum store worth it?
From what I have read they are cosmetic only. So what is the point of them?
I'm new here, so I apologise for my lack of knowledge.
Is there any equipment in the aurum store that gives you an infinate supply and a small advantage? |

Yes, they are. They are BPO's which means that they indeed do not run out ever. Also, stat-wise they are better than the starter-fits. |

AUR Dropsuits just let you make more isk, so if you have RL money to spend on multiple AUR proto suits go for it.
There are Blue Print Original standard type 1 dropsuits that you can buy for AUR, these you never have to resupply but you may have to build them with materials at some point in time.
There are many militia BPO weapons and modules that you can purchase for AUR. These are nice because you can make a pure BPO suit and never lose isk. Pure Profit.

Not all aur suits are bpo. The suits that are 6,000+ aur are bpo, 12,000+ aur are bpo, 50+ aur are bpc. But yes the bpo ones are worth it as they never run out. |

all of the module and equipment BPO's are militia, so anything you can buy with isk is going to be and improvement.
Dropsuits have standard and militia BPO's, So if you want to run a better suit you have to pay isk for advanced and proto suits.
Weapons have militia BPO's (along with the exile assault rifle everyone is running around with) so if you want to use a better weapon you better be ready to spend some isk.
There are BPC's of different dropsuits, modules, equipment?, and weaponry that you can buy with aur. You could make a straight aur suit if you wanted but remember you would be losing real money every time you lost a suit. |

Only by people who have no idea what pay-to-win means, and just throw around the word anytime they see something they don't like.
Pro tip, if you don't get an advantage in fighting another player for your money spent, it isn't pay to win. Getting a BPO dropsuit of standard quality that isn't any different from an ISK-purchased dropsuit of standard quality, except that your BPO dropsuit is cosmetically different and doesn't cost you anything when you die, doesn't give you an advantage over the ISK-purchased dropsuit in a fight. Therefore, it isn't pay-to-win. |

So in other words, the worst stuff are the militia BPOs, slightly better stuff are aurum BPOs, and the very best stuff are BPCs that can be bought with either ISK or aurum but don't replace automatically.
Have I got it correct? |

The militia BPO's are AUR also, The stranded type 1 BPO's are AUR. So ya you pretty much nailed it on the head Basically anything with BPO is going to cost you AUR or it was a giveaway by CCP (in the case of the exile AR and skinweave suits) |
