I would kindly suggest, Hershman001, that you actually go into some of these so-called "whining" SP threads and read them before making a stereotypical forum topic post. Such actions tend to indicate that you're not necessarily that mature yourself. |

Oh I have read a great deal of whining about SP caps here. And yes that was in the form of the many threadnaughts that have been posted. Theres enough here to keep all of you debating for a very long time.
But still, I stand by my words. Ya'll are completely oblivious to how it really affects the big picture. That is to say in the grand scheme of things this issue is arbitrary at best.

Dont give us talk about patience non-factor. We have been here for 8 months slowly watching CCP turn this game to garbage b/c of casuals. SP is a big problem, the amount you get, and the way it is given out (daily cap).
The weekly cap didnt get this much hate b/c people didnt need to play every day b/c of real life stuff. Now you must log in to stay competitive. The daily cap also makes the game p2w, b/c if u dont run boosters u are 100% at a competitive disadvantage. So yes, come back and your opinion will have some standing when u have played for several builds and put real time into the game |

+1 thats one of the main qualities that sets CCP above other MMO operators, a very high learning curve and a very mature player base. expect CCP to continue in their quest to cater to those in the 20+ community. More importantly, due to the high level of people so quick to blast, whine, or judge in the CCP forums, only those like yourself are truly listened to when you type clearly and effectively, as well as recognize the "big picture" image that CCP is always trying to achieve.

Says a member of the corp who clearly stated that they plan to be non-factors. Well, they stated they plan to be pure mercenaries and not get involved in leaving an impression on the galaxy.
Anyway, I support slower SP. It encourages better planning. |
