Due to feedback by the general population of the closed beta, CCP will be announcing a nerf to all weapons.
Beginning with the open beta slated for this Tuesday, January 22 2013, all classes will start out with one light weapon.

EVERY WEAPON IS OP EXCEPT THE ONE I USE!
MAKE PISTOL STRONGER. IF THIS WERE REAL LIFE, A PISTOL SHOT TO THE HEAD WOULD KILL YOU!

They are under rated, and they look cool IMO. It got a slight nerf too.
I bet if it looked like a .44 Magnum way more people would use it. |

Dirty Harry style. In the past I never bothered to level up the scrambler pistol, but with there only being four rounds in a clip it sure helps to have mine up to level two.
If I'm able to get it up to level five I might just carry one in the Light weapons slot and another in the sidearm slot. I had to do that for my noob scout when I was carrying Drop Uplinks. |
