i got a cool weapon idea called the bore gun. possibly for command and logi classes only, it would definitely have to be fielded as a T2 weapon for advanced dust players (with weaponry/smg skills at level 5) its a low capacity, mid rpm, assault SMG that does low initial damage, but fires rounds that dig into and kill enemies.
specs: initial Damage per round: 19-23 RPM: 400-500 Clip size: 25-30 each round that hits its target will dig in, dealing DOT for a set time Damage per round over time: 1-2 per second Damage Duration: 4-7 seconds
max damage full clip (low end) 25 rounds @ 19 per round = 475. bore damage is 4 sec @ 1 dps = 100. . .total 575
Max damage full clip (high end) 30 rounds @ 23 per round = 690. bore damage is 7 sec @ 2 dps = 420. . .total 1110
let me know what yall think, |

So you want a gun that kills the other guy... but slowly... so he can kill you and then die? Wht if you hit him with multiple bullets more dot?
It seems like a mean but impractical weapon.

He's thinking you could just hit and run. Hit and run. Hit and run... he wouldn't even notice the damage until it's too late. |

1st, yes, multiple bullets does more dot,
2nd exactly, a hit and run weapon, its not supposed to be another front/battle line assault rifle, but more of an ambush/retreat/flanking rifle. also, good fps players know when the enemy is reloading and act on that, this will throw them off, keeping them pinned as they'll still be taking damage in cover. |
