thats not the same build, plus that looks worse than what we are playing. I believe that was on a PC not ps3. |

That was going to be for the PC when they first started it. They decided later to move it from Carbon to Unreal engine, and make it a console game. |

Actually it wasn't always from the get go planed to go PSN and SONY, but there were talks with MS and XBOX Live. Why CCP ended with SONY was that SONY had more open platform and willinges t compromise and wirk with CCP to realise this dream.
In XBOX Live there were some platfirm limitations and policy issues that made MS a no-go.
So nope, not planed not from the get go to go SONY and PSN |
