I'm assuming the name of the map is "Line Harvest" at least. Its the one with the six towers which have bridge-like pipe structures attached to them. Everytime I climb up there and jump on those "pipes" I get stuck. You can't move or jump, and the only choice is suicide or wait out the match timer. |

I can't say that it's every time, because I use them a lot and this was the first time I fell in the "hole".
That said, there does seem to be a problem with the collider settings on the pipes that creates a bottomless virtual pit. I was stuck in place, but it sounded like I was falling. I dropped a grenade right in front of myself, and it fell through to the ground below. That tells me that the space between the colliders is large enough for a grenade.
I ended up having to go to the map, open NeoCom, and suicide. |

Would you mind sharing exactly which pipe you were on? I will try to check it out next time I land there.
If it wouldn't be too much describe where you jumped from, which pipe you landed on and if you got stuck immediately or if you had to move first.
From my side, I normally jump with the Attackers on the left and the Defenders (with the Supply Depot) on the right. This is just off of A or below (south of?) D. I will jump on the outer pipe first but farthest from any Reds on the ground. Depending on the situation I will move to the middle pipe half way down and exit when it turns down before the taller pipes finish.
I just SP Capped Out so I won't play again until after Down Time. |

IIRC, I was jumping off of the flat deck above the pipes and landed between the middle and right-hand pipe (looking away from the building). I usually land on the middle pipe (no problem) instead of the slot between.
I saw a similar complaint on another map, so it seems to be an issue with the colliders in the prefab model, not specific to the map. |

this has happened to me. I was running towards the building, jumped up a level and got stuck. luckily the game was nearly over |

I always jump on either of the two higher pipes than move a bit before I jump down to the lower one. But jumping straight to the lower one should work.
Now the thing will be if they can fix the mesh for the pipes so we can jump off center and not die for our efforts. |

One more item. I posted a reference to this in the proper forum. If you could do that in the future I wouldn't be frustrated that they won't let me post a link in the map sections.
Look in the highest level Dust 514 Forums. There are several sections and you can see the maps by name there.
