Last night (~10pm EST) I was running logi with my corp and noticed a rather infuriating problem with the remote repair tool...
It doesn't stay locked to my target.
I tried different remotes to see if a button was wearing out, I tried having my target stand still, I rebooted my PS3 to see if it was a local problem. Nothing fixed my issue.
Sometimes the repair tool will lock for milliseconds, sometimes i can get 5-10 seconds of repair done. There is no consistency to the problem. |

Do you have more than one controller connected to the PS3?
If so, disconnect it. If fact disconnect any unused USB devices if that doesn't fix it.
I have massive User Interface issues if I try to charge my second controller while using my first.
I gave up and replaced the PS3 controller as it was on sale recently for $40 US. My system is better now but charging a second controller will drive it straight back to crazy.
Post if it helps, or if it doesn't. |

Aim working fine? hip-firing an assault-rifle without stutters? If any of the above issues show up, unplug everything from your PS3 (see other posts in forum about this)

I run and repair all the time no issues with lock-on. Can get kind of difficult to get the right guy when I'm in a group of mercs, but I eventually hit the right guy. |
