I thought you could but that may have changed. I cannot seem to run with any charged weapon now.
Also, which Forge Gun do you (if you are a Heavy Forge Gunner) recommend past the Militia version?
Currently my SP is going to Weaponry lvl 5, before bumping either HMG or FG up to lvl 2. I still have to bump Sniper to lvl 2 to get the Charge and the Tactical available there. |

firstly no you cant run while charging any forge gun , this is handy if you want to cancel your shot if the target gets destroid by someone else and secondly defop go above malitia forg gun i faver the second tear assault model because of its reduced charge time and 4 round chamber that being said some of the higher tear breech models pack a worthy punch , so its deinetly worth going above malitia. |

That was exactly what I wanted to know.

All of the forge guns work fine depending on your play style, and they're all better than the militia :p
Assault works better for a gun hoe style
Breach, sneaky sniper
Standard, tactical
The extra shot in the clip, from the standard is easily worth the isk over the militia |
