red should not be able to drop a orbital strike the blue hard spawn
my team was red lined i was calling in my tank and the reds OBS my tank i spawn and call my tank a second time and they drop another OBS on my tank in the red zone to them. both times i was in the red zone to them. i want to know why i cant have a safe zone from OBS to prep for battle. im not ageist them coming in with car and running me over or a tank shooting my tank down thats fine but OBS no. there should be a jamming device in the spawn zone that doesn't allow OBS in the only spawn u have when red lined |

Red line OBs are usually aim at the red dots that have given up on the battle and just sit at the base so you were just at the wrong place at the wrong time |

I've killed a few tanks behind the redline with OB, honestly it is very rarely intentional. Especially on the 5 letter map, its because once the red dots are redlined, its usually nothing but a camp/snipe fest from their red zone, tightly packed behind the one bit of cover that let's them take pot shots at everyone else. OB fixes that problem, sorry if I've killed your tank, wrong place, wrong time. |

If this were really the EVE I have heard so much about there wouldn't be any redzone.

I agree with OP. Just make it so Precision strikes (and OBs) can only be deployed in the active battlefield.
It is kind of valid to use to take out snipers in hills/on buildings you can't reach but more often it is done because someone gets a precision strike and the enemy base is the only location likely to have any reds.
Of course for some people this game is all about kicking people when they are down. |
