So, after some testing today there hasn't been a (successful) Orbital Strike request. Starting to get the impression that the War Points required may be a bit too high, and then that brought on a bunch of questions regarding it.
What is the required amount of War Points in order to call in an Orbital Strike from a Capsuleer? 2500?
In order to attain that amount is it required from the Squad Leader solely, or the entire squad's accumulative amount?
Just the two off the top of my head, can't think of anymore just yet. |

I think its 2500 WP's dude.  Ps OB are OP they need to be nerfed. LOL |

Oddly enough, I was starting to think the opposite & that the requirement is actually too low now since the wipe.
In the games I've been in, there has been usually about half a dozen OBs raining from the heavens.
But to answer your questions, yes it is 2500 WPs & it is the accumulation of your entire squad.
Only the squad leader can order them.
I think if an eve player is in orbit you get different options on what strike to call, but I've only managed to call the usual war barge strikes. |

Right, but the War Barge strikes require less than the Capsuleer strikes. |

I'm pretty sure it doesn't.
And yes, 2500 WP is definitely not too much, but rather a little low I would say.
