Everything from the UVT in corp to the daily sp cap to the ambush spawning can all be confirmed by CCP that they are indeed looking over these things.
This page updates every week around downtime. You can find it under the feedback section of the forums. |

True, but they also say that "[t]he current plan is to change the SP cap from a weekly limit to a daily limit as an interim fix until we can properly re-examine this feature." So a better fix is coming.
Oh and surely the people complaining now aren't the same ones who were demanding they switch from a weekly to a daily back then... right? RIGHT? ;) |

People wouldn't be having problems hitting the SP cap so soon if they hadn't been spamming tanks (***looks at Bad Furry***). |

Just to be clear I think you would have to search very hard to find anyone asking for a daily cap, in fact most everyone has been opposed of the daily cap. And the weekly cap in favor of a floating universal hard cap.
Say the weekly cap is 700,000 sp and each week it increase by that much. If a new player comes in 3 months later he never hits a cap until he hits the universal hard cap, that all if us are at ,allowing him a chance to catch up.
This would eleven allow the hardcore or no lifers the ability to step away from the game for a week or two and they could still grind back up if they want.
Imagine if you are a new player and you join 6 months into the release most people would be in their proto gear and you would never be able to catch up. I personally would probably not want to play.
So no one has ever complained they wanted a daily cap, this is a solution ccp came up with for some unknown reason. |

There are Eve Online players who have broken the 100million SP record years ago and are still training new skills every day at a rate close to around 1 SP/sec. @ 31,536,000 sec/year assuming they properly focused their attributes on the proper traits of the skill books while training non-stop without forgetting to check their skill queue. That is effectively 31,536,000 SP / year. And since some of the Eve players have been around since 2003, that means those players, assuming they haven't all been biomassed, have 315,360,000 SP in total (at least one of them).
Now imagine a new player who just came in today and can only earn, at maximum, 1 SP/sec. They have to wait ten years to get to the level those veterans are today and even then those same veterans will have double that amount during those additional 10 years. It's like you were born today and want to be 18 years old like that guy you met who can drive a car now. But by the time you are 18, that guy is already 36 years old and own a house, two cars, and has a retirement fund while you are just getting started with paying your $28,000 debt for your first car. You will never catch up, therefore you learn to just continue progressing. |

This is a beta and if someone has a fresh idea then they need to voice it. I, myself revisit certain issues so that CCP can see that some things needs to be prioritized for change. |
