Once, in a time before time, the Creators breathed life into the universe, the light gave birth to Seraphim, the Earth gave birth to Man, and the fire gave birth to the Djinn. Immortal creatures that chose to dwell in the void between the worlds. They were always grateful of their creation and were always looking for a way to repay the Creators regardless of personal alignment.

Like humans, the Djinn have the capacity for good, evil, or neutral benevolence. They preferred to watch the creation of the universe and never felt it necessary to get involved. They tended to their own affairs and prepared for a war described in their own ancient prophecies, never knowing how it would come to be.

They had no quarrel or care for their Human or Seraphim brethren. However their world was shattered when the Creators were destroyed. It was then the Djinn knew they would not be safe from Human greed and their pursuit of power. It was then they decided the fate of the universe, either they would control it or see its total annihilation. Being that the Seraphim were also betrayed by Humans they aligned and swore to wipe all responsible from the universe.

The Djinn have always valued blood rights over all and if a debt of blood is owed they will pursue it to the ends of time and space. Humans assumed a debt when they killed the Creators, and now the Djinn have come to collect.

In ancient Djinn text is was said that the universe would fall and that only the true immortals would be left, and when it did it would be referred to as heavenGÇÖs end. That time is now, and if you were to only fear one thing in all there is to fear... Fear the Djinn.
