No - they don't want to break the economy in Dust. Also, this is the same build as before the migration - you shouldn't expect any changes today at all in terms of mechanics. |

Not a bug - it's by design. Eventually they will open this up, but it will be heavily taxed. Free transfer is a long term goal to make sure the economies aren't destroyed. |

This^
The economy of Eve is a very strong one and has items marked up in the tens of millions on average for even a single module or ship depending on the meta level and tier while capsuleers make boat loads of ISK averaging in the hundreds of millions of ISK earned on a weekly basis.
The economy of Dust is just starting and is relatively weak due to players earning only hundreds of thousands of ISK per match depending on the type of kills they made and how much they invested in gear per loss. At the same time, the average cost of most modules and vehicles is about ten to a hundred thousand ISK a piece.
Transferring even just 5 million ISK from Eve to Dust per merc without taxes is enough to throw off the economy of Dust thus preventing Dust's economy from properly stabilizing if it's not under a player-controlled economy. |

The NPC market becomes the base model for the player-driven market so that sellers can gauge the proper value of the commodities before buying and reselling in bulk. Once the NPC orders get depleted over time, the player-controlled market will then adjust according to player income, needs of certain commodities, price and effort of production, and location. |

You cant transfer funds from eve yet. CCP allready stated this cause it would be extremely gamebreaking. Just think off it that you would see every ambush 6 sagaris driving around the map punding the other team. And if they loose a tank they wont care and just replace it with a new 1. |
