OK so. I filed a petition last night (sent directly from my email to the support team) in regards to the Corporation name preservation from Singularity to Tranquility. Received an email that the petition was received and a link to go to incase i want to UPDATE my petition. I'm trying to update my petition but i DO NOT have an EVE account, therefore, I can't access it (it seems like DUST members can't access this from the EVE Online support, despite the fact that the link directly connects to it-_-) ...So What do I do in order to access my petition? |

Im in the same boat, though for a different petition reason.
I do have EVE accounts as well, including one that shares the same contact address, I tried them to see if they could access the petition just to be sure. but no such luck. |

One of the first things you see when logging into DUST is the email for support. I think it is [email protected] or something like that.
They have helped a lot of people with problems |

I think what we are getting at is the inability to view our own support tickets.
Filing a support ticket because we cant view our past support tickets, where it seems like it would make sense.. gives me a headache.
Still I may have to do just that.. |

im in the same boat. I been trying to contact support about my petition as well and no luck as of yet. I hope they can figure something out soon. |

you do this and they open a petition (which they then ignore for days - 3 and counting) |
