FYI if you dont know what the CSM is at Bottom!
My Fellow Dusters!
We of all races must stand together for representation in the Council of Stellar Management!
It is both wrong and unjust that we have been kept from the council for so long, as our clones bleed on the battlefield we have no voice, although we scream, we are immortal and yet we are caged! Our isk is spent on the wars of others and a million battles throughout time, but we have no FREEDOM!!! Our power is growing everyday my fellow Dusters and soon there will be a day, there will be a DAY, that the CSM will have to answer for its blind eyes! Now peace is important I know, but what is the peace of a gagged man? What is the peace of tyranny? It is no peace! Even now the EVE capsuleers lord above us in their ships, they think themselves better then us! They look down upon us! Our freedom is work fighting for, our voices should be heard!
As Your fellow Duster I wish to lead you in our fight for freedom and democracy! Join me! For freedom for all mercenaries! For seats on the council that have been denied to us!
And if they refuse us?! We assault the CSM headquarters in EVE and take it by force!!
Now I know many of you have heard of me, 2-Ton Twenty-One, That I have Miniguns for arms and fire forge gun rounds from my eyes, and scouts from my ass! BUT I AM 2-TON TWENTY-ONE!! And I promise you that If you follow me I will bring you that glory! I WILL Fight for your freedom! All I ask and you is that you fight with me!
And if you turn your backs on me now you may live, and one day when your surrounded by your mountains of ISK and warm in your corporations MCC bed you will wish that you had one chance just one chance to show them that you where to not to be forgotten or ignored! That they can take our clones but they can never take our FRREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAADDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMM!!!
From Wikipedia Council of Stellar Management
In part due to the matters above, CCP invited users to stand for the first Council of Stellar Management (CSM) in March 2008, resulting in 66 candidates seeking election to nine positions.[102][103][104][105] It was a requirement that candidates release their full real names in addition to stating their in-game details.[106] In May, after a two-week voting period, the first Council was elected, comprising seven men and two women; three each from the Netherlands and the United Kingdom, two from the USA and one from Denmark, their ages ranging from 17 to 52.[105]
The remit of the Council has been changed since it was first proposed and is now seen by CCP primarily as a route for players to make requests for changes and improvements to the game mechanics, presentation, and game content of Eve Online. The first four Councils served for six months, after which new ones were to be elected.[104] Each individual was only permitted to serve twice. Each CSM gets the authority to put requests to CCP three times during their term of office which CCP have stated must be answered; once in person in Iceland and twice by e-mail, with most of the costs of their visit to Iceland being borne by CCP.[104] The fifth (and the current sixth) CSM operates under new rules, featuring one-year terms with two Iceland trips and four email requests, as well as the abolition of the two-term limit.
The first meeting of the CSM with CCP took place in Reykjavik between June 19 and 23, 2008, and included not only the nine CSM members but a number of developers, designers, game masters, and producers from CCP and members of print and video media.[107] Matters discussed by players on the Eve Online forums were reviewed in detail and whilst some were rejected for technical reasons, many were accepted by CCP as useful improvements to the game which would be introduced either in an early so-called point release or added to the development plans for a future major update.
Nominations for the second CSM opened on September 26, 2008, with voting commencing on November 9. The following third Council of Stellar Management included a modified age restriction: candidates under the age of 21 are then no longer eligible as CSM members |

1.) Dust is fully integrated into New Eden. (This will not be for at least a year or more... I'm expecting longer, and not until this game is ported to the PS4 and hopefully the PC.)
2.) CCP can verify the by compiled statistics that the DUST 514 community is dedicated, stable and profitable.
After those 2 things are complete, and only then will we be allowed as DUST mercs to act as a sitting board member for a currently healthy game.
Probably fair, but part of us being fully integrated is seats on the council. |
