Posted this on another thread but felt the topic important enough to be on its own. I am wondering how being on TQ will impact Dust 514. Several questions I still have are:
1. Will we see alliance chat for those of us in Eve based corps on Dust?
2. What other links will be available between Eve and Dust divisions of the same corps and alliances? Hangars, wallets, etc?
3. Will there be changes to the way orbital strikes work in FW? More specifically it is my understanding that Eve pilots can only support ground forces doing a strike for their specific militia, how about letting allied militias support each other ground forces as they can do in space? Just a thought.
4. How long till open beta?
5. How will CCP maintain NDA of Dust on TQ? Will the NDA be modified to only cover aspects of DUST that only encompass ground forces as it will be hard to regulate Eve Pilots interactions since technically that are not in a closed beta?
Anyways I appreciate any responses...

For # 3, I can tell you that allied factions can perform bombardments - Minmater was able to attack Caldari on SiSi for example, when there were Gallente forces on the ground.
For # 4, CCP said open beta is January 22nd.
For # 5, the Eve side is not bound by NDA per CCP; only the Dust side is. |

From the way I understand it we are transmitted to the cru or the mcc no need for being in that hostile space called eve. YET!

Fun little fact I found today. Private chats with EVE players has free voice like squads. Just have to get the EVE player to join comms. |
