For the record i have a job but i don't complain about people that can play a game all day and might out skill or play me as a result.
Lets look at an analogy here.
You enroll into college but have to work in order to pay for it. So you go to your professor and say "Hey this isn't fair the other students are smarter and more versed in the lessons than i am because i cannot spend as much time studying as they do...will you please slow down your class so i can keep up or better yet stop your other students from learning the material?"
Your professor then proceeds to laugh at you and sends you to the short bus.
Life isn't fair...get over it!

If you are referring to skill cap, everyone is affected. Even the new comers. They did this so the skilling will take 7 years like they said it will. |

Nope, A better analogy would be:
"Hey, I'm working on these days, is it all right if I go to these lectures instead?"
To which the professor should - and with the weekly cap, did - say "sure no problem" but now with the daily cap says "HAHAHA LOL N00B".

Thing is...EVE already takes what...32 years right now to max everything?
I think they have the whole "Time Sink" thing covered, even if they made it so you can earn as you play like DUST is now. |

I had plenty of instructors in college that would slow the class down because some people couldn't keep up for whatever reason. Sure was fun doing the same stuff for 3 weeks sometimes.  |

I actually feel it hurts people with busier lives not helps them. I have a busy life no need to explain why, but I can't game everyday always like I would like to. So I was able to get on the game over the weekend and really get my SP gain on.
To a post about making it take 7 years. I was wondering how they were going to do that I guess that makes sense. Sucks a little coming from how its been, but it does play to the long term player which I know I am. |

The weekly cap is still better than a daily cap.
This analogy could easily go both ways. The one kid who is smarter than everyone else asks the teacher to speed up the class and not dumb it down just because the rest of the kids are not as quick as this one.
The teacher then laughs at the student and lets him know if he is as quick as he thinks, he would realize that you can not make a group work around an individual.
Really this just shows they should do what is best for their player base. If many of their players are slightly older and have jobs, then they should consider that. You always consider your target market. |

None of that crap is worth it to me. I only bought Aurum to buy the Militia blueprints and I might buy a skill booster in the full game. |
