I want to talk to my friends on my blog, facebook, Gplus and Twitter about this game, I want them to actively search for beta access.
Is the game not good enough already? I have seen worst games than this with no NDA at this point, why are you still waiting? Don't you want the free publicity?
I thought it was lifted already, then I checked and WTF? I'm still under the NDA, why? |

Patience. Next build will be the open beta. Assuming that everything goes to plans.
"Chromosome is our last build before DUST 514 goes into open beta, and it lays a strong foundation for some truly amazing changes and gameplay possibilities to come."

I dont imagine CCP objecting to you saying you're playing it and like it and linking the DUST website where they can find the official released info and pictures and videos.
Especially not if you're recommending people buy Merc Packs to get beta access.
NDA is in place to stop people posting gameplay videos and reviews of an unfinished game, not to stop you telling people it's good and they should get involved ... access is openly available included in the Merc Pack bundle on the PSN store anyone can buy it.
Edited : Also Facebook, Google+ and Twitter all have DUST pages you can like or re tweet or whatever ... tell your friends using the official tools provided. |

Please keep in mind that even if the NDA is lifted, you should ask first if it's ok to post videos of past builds like replication, the E3 build, precursor, etc. so that people can see the progress of the game and how it improved. |

I hope not in a long time, since more than half of the features are still missing. |

Press and hold Alt key and type 0153 on your keypad in order to get this ---------> Gäó
Whats that? You are using a laptop.
Well here you go.
Quote:Laptops ("notebooks") have a Function key ("FN"). It usually has a blue color. Find it cause we may need to use it later. Steps Find Alt code. Numeric Alt codes for symbols are listed in Alt codes list. Check for Alt code of symbol you want to input. Enable Num Lk. You may need to simultaneously press ["FN" and "Scr Lk"] keys. That's the combination for "Num Lock" on some laptops. Look at the picture - the "Num Lk"/"Scr Lk" button is highlighted there. Hold down "Alt" key. Some laptops require you to hold both "Alt" and "FN" keys. Input Alt code of symbol on Keypad. Do this while holding "Alt" button pressed. Type Alt code on your laptop's numeric keypad. It's highlighted on the picture. Release all the keys. After you release all the keys alt symbol should be entered. If all this stuff didn't work - check if you have really enabled the "Num Lock" first. Remember that green indicator should shine near the lock symbol on your laptop's keyboard. If that wasn't the case - try simultaneously holding "FN" and "Alt" keys instead of just "Alt". That just might work.
Laptop keypad Certain laptop keys can act as numeric keypad. Look at photo to see what keys I'm talking about. I highlighted ones that create numeric part of keypad. You can see numbers on them. If you enable "NumLk", those keys will act as keypad keys when you press the "FN" button. Keypad keys are "7", "8", "9", "u", "i", "o", "j", "k", "l" and "m" buttons. If on your laptop you can't find keys with tiny numbers - try them. From user: For those of you that don't have Key Pad, try [FN] + [F11] it may open a calculator-like keypad.
No Num Lock If you're definitely sure that you are using a laptop (not a Macbook!) and you are sure you don't have a NumLk - one user told that next thing may work: If you don't have both Num Lock or ScrLock hold the FN button down then Alt so you're holding both down then enter your alt code. |

More than 1/4th of the features will still be missing upon full release. Remember, CCP intends to continue updating the game with free expansions twice a year just like Eve Online. |

EVE will never be finished and I doubt DUST will either. EVE is over a decade old now and we got new ships just last month along with a complete overhaul of mining barges. |

And the bounty system and targetting system and salvage drones and new skills ... theres an important one, think of all the new skills to come as DUST introduces racial varients and further modules like countermeasures and eWar, not to mention other weapon and vehicle types. |

Open beta, which last I understand there is already another almost ready to ship just they need to get back from the holidays smash though the bug reports and reintegrate the current build into the new build's feature.
But this is information is best guessing on hints so don't take it for actual. |
