Last build missiles of all sorts and kinds ran the game, even little LAVs. The AR's were the go to, all around weapon and the only counter for an AR was an AR. Vehicals were very common and always destroyed everything. And of course, the game wasent very pretty. I support the changes made to this build (or update) as it helped work towards the game balence. It seems our current weapons are were they should be and generally fixed in over all effectiveness. CCP has made the game more fair to all the classes, and the game has come closer to a happy medium. As a game TESTER i am pleased how far this game has moved, and i dont consider it a real, true competive game atm because it is far from finnished, although it does give that competive feel.
My thoughts
-Tanks are as powerful as they should be, unable to move without infaintry support and able to destroy enemys in an appropraite (and not instant) amount of time/rounds. Unless its missiles. -Dropships have the role of transportaion, and shouldent be too much powerful in terms of combat. This will become more apparent when the battles move up in size to say 40+(as it is intended to grow to). Hopefully, its missiles will get a slight buff or an entire new weapon added, it needs /something/ in the way of firepower. -Lavs are also were they should be, they are quick transportation and dont have much firepower. I even like the one-stick driving and hopefully it becomes more stable to drive, and a greater attempt should be made to keep it from sliding and tossing. -The HP of the classes seems fair for assults and heavys considering their mobility. Scouts on the other hand need ethire more slots somewere or more sheilds. Dont need more armor, but need a buff to make the class anything other than a sniper. -The infaintry weapons mostly seem balenced. Nothing is too powerful outside its optimal range, and these ranges are all around reasonable. The weapons with an exception to this is the missile, forge gun and laser rifle. The laser should loose some long range killing ability and gain some short range ability to defend its self. Im not suggesting change the weapon, just change the numbers to make it more balenced. The missiles need a higher range and an improved blast radious to be called reliable again. Forgeguns are simply tooo effective against vehicals. They should do about 500 damage less. -The match making is overall terrorable and needs more team balencing work. The best corporations should be fighting against each other more often than they are on each other sides to make for more intresting and non red lined pub games. There are too many red line games, by far. -Grenades shouldent explode when they bounce. That is illogical, timed are more fair and practical. Bring back teh old grenade mechanics.

Missiles are worthless and tanks are weak while AV remains broken
Dropships useless
Infantry weapons the AR are bland only gun i see is the GEK varients and the breach is useless, mass driver has more splash than a small missile, lazer is fun but requires a whole clip to kill ppl it seems

I wasn't pleased that all the threads about heavy got ignored besides HMG discussions - but the builds been great and fun. This build was also suppose to speed up the process in which we get new content - so here's hopin' for some new goodies soon! |

How it is moving yes love it we are getting better each build. Where it is at right now. Ehhh.
Proto don't worry I think the weapon nerf may have an underlying intent just not seen to us yet. I hope anyway.

ARs were balanced before. They've made adv level ARs, pointless. Nade throwing is actually better as you control the distance of the throw.

1. Missiles random missile spread, how can i L2P when the missiles will not go where i want them to, Tanks weak handheld forge gun does more damage than a vehicle mounted railgun yea go figure, AV swarms lock on through cover and bend around cover to hit you even tho you are already in cover
2. Infantry weapons are bland its a fact everyone uses the same gun, mass drive more splash than missiles fact
