There are Armor repair modules that repair passively small amount of your armor around ~2-5 HP/s.
Also there are some nanohives that repair armor, but these are generally advanced/proto gear.
Also if there is supply depot on the map, one can 'repair' all damage by going to it and swithcing to different dropsuit and then back again. Now you have all damage repaired and all ammo/genades stocked up.
There is also
- [SKILL] Armor Repair Systems - This skill increaces the HP ammount that Armor repair modules repair by +3% / level
edit:
Also this should be on training ground section.
edit:
Now in case of shields, best tactic is to get somewhere relatively safe/quiet and just wait some time and you should be ok to fight again in no time ;
Shields recharge themselfs automatically over time, this information can be found when doing 'show info' on a dropsuit or vehicle and going to attributes tab.
There is:
- Shield recharge rate - how much HP/s shields recharge
- Shield recharge delay - time it takes shields to start recharging, in second if not depleted completely.
- Shield Delpeted recharge delay - time it takes shields to start secharging in seconds if completely depleted.
Now there are modules and skill that affect these stats.
- Shield rechargers - These modules incerease the dropsuits/vehicles base recharge rate by some % value, indicated on the module it self.
- Shield regulators - These modules decrease the dropsuits/vehicles base recharge delay , both Shield recharge delay and Shield Delpeted recharge delay, by a % valye indicated on the module it self.
The above mentioned modules are all passive, meaning that they are always on and active.
- [SKILL] Shield Recharge Systems - this skill increaces our dropssuits/vehicles recharge rate by +3% / level
Now however, currently on vehicles, there are Shield boosters that are active modules that recharge your own vehicles shields.
These active modules need to be activated using module selection dial(holding R2) and selecting the module. Usually active modules have timers that indicate how long the said module is active and how long time one has to wait until one can activate that same module again. |

Armor Repair, Shield Re-charger also A Nanohive+ with Armor repair. Repair other (Players, Vehicles, Installations) with Repair tools.
That is the answer.
Edit: or what Odiain Suliis said above. "Beat me to it." lol |

You used to be able to heal your self during the first few builds with a nanite injector. |
