When we get OK, from CCP and NDA is dropped.
I'm pretty sure there will be DEV post when NDA is removed. |

Now that's just a silly question open beta equal's open to all so no NDA on video's made with open beta material
As far as I know the NDA would still be for any closed beta material |

Funny thing is,if you notice,the dev cleverly dodges the question if it will be lifted with the open beta.Typically,open beta means no NDA,but I find it very suspicious that a simple question can't be answered with a straight answer. |

Well the devs are mostly all away for the holidays, with only a few brave GMs and server guys holding down the fort. o7
So once the beta opens up, the NDA will probably be lifted, but the people who make that decision and can answer the question are away, and the GMs won't give a definitive answer without knowing for sure. |

That is a definitive answer ... you can post videos when the NDA is lifted ... whether that's before or after open beta.
Open beta means DUST is accessible to anyone with a PSN account ... that doesn't mean they won't be bound by the NDA.
It makes sense to lift NDA before going to open beta, but my point is open beta doesn't mean we're out of NDA ... an official DEV post saying NDA is lifted is the ONLY thing that will allow you to post your videos. |
