RKKR The Southern Legion 0	Posted - 2013.03.14 17:57:00 - [32] - Quote I noticed that you always get the infinite dropsuit selection screen when you are restocking AND the current screen switched to another view. So, this is how you trigger this bug: Restocking while entering the warbage from your merc quarters (=loadscreen); Restocking while entering the battlefield from the warbage; Restocking while you are bleeding out (and do bleed out); Restocking while your are spawning (=countdown) and you actually spawn; ???. How to prevent this: Avoid the above situations by playing it safe: Spawn in the MCC where you are safe and well to restock; Your merc quarter is also a safe place (warn your SquadLeader so he won't load you into another battle); The Warbage is safe if you think you can beat the timer (restocking can take some time). You should be perfectly fine to shoot some red berries now. Cheers, RKKR

Go back to merc quarters look to see if suits are there can't seethem screen infinite reloads, must restart.

I had not restocked after finishing the previous match, but the Dropsuit icon on NeoCom had the orange icon. I think I had one "invalid" fitting on the list; ie. a fit that went past the CPU limit. Rebooting the PS3 fixed the infinite reloading and the invalid fitting is now gone. However, the invalid fitting did not prevent entering battle instantly; I was able to run several with it being on my inventory.

When I run out of suits and I have to restock it works but right after when I die and go to get more suits it stops me with an endless loading bug. I have to quit the actual game and start it back up to get this bug "squashed"

Exactly, that and when im in rage mode. I lose a tank or I lose a proto suit from militia forge gun, I go in rage and try coming back with vengeance. Only to see an infinite blank fit screen Happened at least 3 times yesterday and 5 times today Usually it happens when I die at least twice in a row within 1 too 2 min at a time. The third time I just get the infinite screen.

All fittings were OK, all items were plenty _and_ I had just successfully been on battle without restocking or fitting between them.

So make sure you dont run out of fits during battle or this has a 85% chance of you getting the infinite loading screen in battle which wil make you have to restart the game.

At first I thought it was because of restocking dropsuit gear, but also happened to me after dying once in a match so I don't know whats causing it. I don't know if this bug happens to anyone else after dying once in a game, but it gets extremely annoying when you get your 600,000 HAV blown up from the beginning of a game then having to quit the game because of the loadout bug. You lose your isk and gain nothing. Ive reinstalled the game, which stopped the bug for a few days, but then it happens daily again.

(i assume the client sends one request for each item you fitted). Happens in the dropsuit-fitting-menu (if you hit ESC/RMB too early), if you restock in battle, if you restock on dropsuit-selection (you "abort" the loading by selecting a dropsuit or closing the menu - even if they are shown as 0 you can still select it). bug continues to appear until game is restarted. To me it looks like some kind of Lock gets set and wont be released, like the thread, which issues the restock gets killed by aborting the menu without releasing the lock. possible workaround (for devs): time the loading time and after a timeout issue a full reload of all suits (like when the game started).

It was always the same situation for me. I was in the preparation for the battle (where all the other dudes standing around in the "preparation room"). There I would restock on some suit(don't think it matters what suit) in the last second and the game would start before the restock was completed. I guess it is pretty easy to reproduce, and i will try to do it later.
