Object hit detection: easy to clip invisible walls with all guns. Think you have an clear shot? Think again! That wall beside you is actually directly infront of your weapon!
Maneuverability: Instances of getting caught on invisible trip hazards around the map is still pretty common place on any terrain that isn't purely flat.
Lack of realistic close-up battle terrain. Don't get me wrong, from a distance things look superb (or very close to finished) but when you get to navigating the terrain, structures are just big clinky polygon boxes: stair cases, buildings, supply depots, CRUs, and literal big square cargo boxes.
Will there ever be anything that gives realism to the environment like crumbling and debris? Too often I find myself running between large open space to large open space in the more 'dense areas' of these maps. It just seems very lacking... not even a single shrub or tree. |

These are a valid gripes that I have also been cursing.
But those 'terrain features' and general 'fluf' in surroundings are non-mandatory stuff. Granted they improve greatly look&feel of the game, but at this point lets just wait till most of the kinks in core gameplay is fixed. And also to point out those terrain stuff are heavily art department taxing and as ususal art&visuals take a long time to do.

Honestly, we need a tactical cover system, something that allows you to take cover, good FPS systems have some sort of croutch or like good view of the battlefield. Most games such as Ghost Recon or Rainbow Six Vegas both one and two implement some cover system, especially RB6's third person cover system.
Someone told me that would be too "overpowered" but in reality a 3rd person cover system like RB6 where you slip back in to third person mode and everyone would be able to do it, sure you would stick out more in a heavy suit but yeah.
All the showyness isnt needed, this game when you get past the OMG MMOFPS, OMG Skill system, quote un quote customization and a marketplace, free to play, its actually quite dull.
ok so its a shooter, but most other shooters are much more well built and don't feel like im playing something that was redone from the ps2, like really? no walk or fly zones? why not just have invisible walls or terrain that closes in the map. this is built on Unreal Engine meaning that they are using the Unreal development tools, which are very easy to use and I can tell because you can tell they used the texture paint for the maps.
Sure its better than it used to be, but the ADS' aiming system and people using keyboards and mouses being able to move faster than a person with a controller is not ok, If anything I would suggest taking out the keyboard function in terms of being able to play. |

No tactical cover system. We had that in MGO with the capability to do take cover manually or through the system. No one used it unless they were being safe. |

This happens to me all the time, and it really needs a to be fixed asap.

The game already has a cover system. It's put something between you and the guy shooting you. Works amazingly. |

It's called sitting behind/beside a box/wall/fence.
I can't tell you how many times a fence has saved my life while still letting me put lead downrange. |

Looking like a PS1? Are you blind? Also, it plays well enough, the new build makes everything much less clunky. |
