I'm disappointed that I won't be able to use it for ages, but I see no problem with giving away 25 quafe suits that have high SP requirements.
I'm sure Logi, Assault, and Heavy will see something similar in the future.
Also, it is probably an incentive CCP is giving for people to use the scout suit more |

As much as I was humored by the idea of running around in a "rare" pink suit I'm happy enough to get some free gear that will fetch a decent price on the market some day. Even at standard proto gear prices that isn't ISK to scoff at. |

Look up Quafe in the eve wikipedia.
It's kind of like the Coca-Cola of New Eden. I'm sure there is some capsuleer floating around with more ISK than sense that would drop 500K on a trivial item just because it's rare. that's nothing in eve prices. |

If it's rare enough you can easily get between 500m and 5b for it, depending on age and rarity.
In EVE, certain rare ships don't even have prices attached, if the current owners would ever sell them some of them would catch 500 billion, possibly. I don't think it's impossible for the quafe suits to eventually sell for something between 300 and 500 million at least. |

Scouts dodge better, strafe better and sneak better - although sneaking is more about player performance than suit performance in most (but not all) cases. |
