1.) I have been unable to purchase aurum since joining the beta in October, I have had a petition open since and have gone through all the trouble shooting steps requested by ccp staff (ie. Reinstall)
2.) Since the patch, I have run into an issue with reloading. At times, after reloading, my gun will be unfireable. The red 'reloading' letters will flash for up to 30 seconds after gun has been fully reloaded.
3.) My 'Choose your drop suit' screen hangs on the loading screen indefinitely. Causing me to get booted from the match due to inactivity. This has been on-going for the last 2 hours and have not been able to join a match since. I have hence reinstalled the game to no avail. Any suggestions?

i assume CCP has already ran you through normal network setup?
if not try hooking your ps3 directly to your modem, you will need to power cycle your modem leaving it off for at least 30 seconds or more
let us know if that is any better
edit: i saw someone somewhere say something (<-lulwtf) about upgrading(modem swap) their modem to DOCSIS 3.0, i know mine is 2.0, i need to ask my ISP about this...  |

Im unsure as to the DOCSIS interface of my modem. However my PS is and has been connected directly to my modem. And as this most recent 'choose dropsuit problem' just arose from nowhere, i doubt its a hardware issue.
Thank you for taking the time out to help troubleshoot this problem. Unfortunately all my emails to CCP have been responded using a standard customers service list they parrot from some screen Lol. |

every now and then i get the same issue with the drop suit fitting system while in a game it self i just figured out every time i try to do that it basically freezes with the loading wheel in the center very annoying but hey just don't do it during a game im sure that ccp no there is some thing up with this part of the game as for the new build no idea having the usual download errors to go with it but yea finally hit 35% lol. |
