You do know shotgunners can run, 1-hit kill, and do damage from greater ranges right? Right now, the shotgun can do anything the nova knives can, but better, and with less limitations.
Cloaking will be the thing to finally make the nova knives more than a novelty. Gun use should disable cloaking, but not nova knife use; this way they will have the stealth advantage, and a reason to be used. It won't be OP as long as cloaking time and cooldown for cloaking is done right. |

Nova Knives are a secondary, and good for snipers not wanting to give up positions. |

got killed by one earlier but he snuck up on me so i had no problem with it. they were too weak earlier. |

Nova knives are hella fun now especially with the collision fix. Before when I would release the charge I would bounce up, miss, and completely give away my position. |
