Dev team i am wondering what hte heck is going on. I mean on minute we getting 20k+ now we are lucky to ever break 5k. And that is with us pull 1030wp and 10/8 with a crap load of hacks and assists. Before with that i was pull a min of 10k - 20k a game while the agent event was going on. Can we fix this some how.

Codex has always had a weekly skill cap. Or daily at the start?

Funny part is caps should be put in on going live not in beta testing. They want see how this beast runs fine lets us go nuts. Then on going live nuke the account and take us back to the beginning. And then put caps on . But during beta testing we should not have caps. And eve there gold mine does not have caps. And I know I am a capsuler we have never had that in there. So why put it in here during testing let us go all out and push the limits of the game and see where it needs fixing. Don't restrict us not just slows testing down. |

They did that in past builds. As I gather part of the Codex build is testing the skill cap system out. |

But the whole part is 10k sp one day caps player and only getting that for about 1-2hours of take play. Then removing the special cause I got capped what the heck I understand testing the system but it is totally screwed up.. |

I was wrong 4-5hours of good sp and now same amount of wp and kills we get crap. So the cap system is screwed. I can see a week of good sp before it caps not hours. |

I mean a cap of 2million sp aweek them taking the 20-30k special away and giving us cap special would be a good idea. |

I would like to hear from new players that were not blessed in past builds with large skill point returns. The cap is pretty low but it is keeping it close to EVE (actually more SP earned in Dust at the moment) I liked the daily cap we had before. As a FPS the earning of SP and the ability to level is a huge part of personal progress. In it's current iteration it would make scene to 10 levels per skill and divide the skills bonus per level accordingly. This would give a better feeling of progress while keeping everything in line. |

I understand. But making more sp. Here and now. I just put a suggesting about the cap being setup a certain way. Here is this other fps for example how pissed would they be if they capped there experience. New player I know have to dig in just to nearly get lvl 1. I under stand we get passive sp. That is good but the active is screwed. I have a friend I just got dust for he loves it is having to dig in for his sp . So I am looking out for old timers and newbies that are coming in |

1) Horrible grammar. It's very hard to understand. 2) They need to test the SP cap in beta, so they added it 2 months ago. If you just got back on, there's a lot of new things; I suggest finding out what they are after playing for a couple of weeks. |

Sorry for the grammar errors on my cell posting dam pc died on me had it not died I would not be running with the ground pounder I would be back in space where it makes more sense than the ground where there where no caps on sp there if it said it takes a most to train it takes that long. |

There is no pay to win. There is only play to kill. There is play to have fun.
The question that needs to be asked is why did I die?? If it was "I was tired and with an incomeing wipe do not care" then what ever. Otherwise either change tactics or select an alternate weapon/suit/mod/price combo.

I'm a disabled combat vet with a certified VA rating for a few things as well so I got to ask, what's that got to do with anything? I'm not saying, I'm just saying... And 99% of my posts are done off of my phone as well, slow is steady, steady is smooth, smooth is fast.
But, it's not pay to play or win. IF you decide to pay real money for in game Aurum currency items, the only thing you are getting is SP boosters, the UVT, militia BPO's or higher level items that reduce the skill level required to use them. But those items can still be bought with ISK with a bit of a higher skill set required to use them. The Aurum items have ISK versions that you don't have to pay for. Excepting boosters, BPO's, & UVT. Stuff like the 'Codewish'; there are higher tier and better ISK items out there so it's not pay to win. That's pay to gain earlier access to that level of performance. If you're getting smoked consistantly my suggestion is to find a squad mate or two to run with. It makes a big difference in effectiveness and survival. Barring that, or in conjunction with, either change your fitting to match your play style or change your play style to match your fitting. Don't use a scalpel when you need a hammer and vise versa. Rethink your tactics as well. If you are a charge in kick the door down sort of player you have to have the right kit.
If you need a squad mate find me in game, I've got no problem running with and helping others out. But bring an injector... I'm not the best player out there. Good luck. |

Eve has a cap .... they removed learning skills and have ability to do a attribute reallocation once or is it twice a year? There can only be so much applied to one thing and then the sp trickles in, at a set pace that does not change unless you throw in some implants, which only shave a couple days off a month skill. So there is a cap, you will not get anymore sp than a certain point per week and depending on how your attributes are, you could be learning far below the cap. Imagine if we earned sp exactly like in eve, 1,200,000 or so sp per MONTH |

There is nothing we can't skill into in the beta. The only thing held back by the cap is how many things we can max, the cap that has been in place for the past 3-4 months at least. The beta tests the game, cap included.
You need to pay more attention, sorry buddy. |

DUST has passive SP and ALSO gives players the option of active SP for missions, with a cap to prevent them from overshooting EVE players too horribly, because otherwise people will farm SP in DUST to get well-equipped corp management dummies at 0 real-world cost. People are going to do that to some extent anyway, but it would make the process too fast and easy if there wasn't a cap.
And the beta testing is happening so the devs can test the WHOLE game, not just certain elements. The cap is part of the game, it needs to be tested as well. They need to adjust and tweak and set it up correctly so that it doesn't hold the hardcore players back too much. |

The Nanite Injector, essentially a first aid kit or health pack. If you go under the Militia tab in the market and look around under equipment, I think, you should find it. It only works on others so don't plan on buying and using it on yourself. There's higher level ones as well but you need to upgrade Nanocircuitry to use them iirc.
