1. Matchmaking ( - not what you are thinking, I don't mind the challenge of being put up against the same 4 corps on one side vs me and some low level randoms ; so new that they have started playing without even having figured out the armor repair needs to be equiped.) I have observed on more than a few occasions, the other side is most likely made up of 4 solid squads of 4, with 4 squad leaders, while on my team I have 6 or more Squad leaders....meaning a precision strike is not going to happen.
2. Voice Chat - for the love of god, make it only 1 channel. I don't know what the deal is with this. Either they don't have MICs or are on the wrong channel? |

Voice could maybe use some work, yeah... I understand that you might not want to get Corp channel chatter when you're in the Squad or Team channel in a game, but maybe the Team channel should broadcast to everyone or something. I don't know; haven't really thought about it, but I do see the system as it currently stands as a bit unwieldy.
Not as bad as squad invites, though. JAYsus, that's a clunky and bassackwards way to do that. Why can't you just send an invite to a player via their name in the corp and local channel lists? |

For comms to work on a large scale, especially when they up the player count, they NEED to implement a leadership comms system.
@CCP Don't mess about on this one. Get MAG's comms functionality, and it's done. You don't even need to worry about the overall leader position yet, but a broadcast system for overall command, like MAG again is essential. I've posted in feedback before on this. Nothing less will be good enough! |

EvE's system would work too. Eve has larger fleet sizes then MAG. 256 per fleet with 31 leader slots.
If the player list showed what channel people where on, and game defaulted to voice on it would help. |

There is no communication in the games I am in, but that is the same across all game titles.
Cripes I heard more people talking during the E3 build and that was the other team's Voice Channel.
I've been in games, where no one switches to Team from Squad or Corp or private channel, I have been in games where It has defaulted to Team 7/10 times only to then switch to Squad upon the start of the next game.
At the same time, since the announcer lady voice gets so angry when I am not respawning fast enough, I think she should also get on the case of those players not even setting a frago or following it. You are contracturally ablidged to set a frago or attack the tank.... not run around in circles out in the open as sniper bait.... if you had comms on - you might have heard us call them out on top of the scaffolding. |

Personally I think the biggest problem with voice chat is that it's turned off by default. I believe many of the newer and more casual players don't realise this, and if they never hear anybody else talking then they'll be less interested in using a mic themselves. |

A complete copy paste would be welcome and absolutely fine. In fact, a complete copy paste of the control scheme would be great too. |

Default when in a battle should be TEAM chat not SQUAD chat.
Option to switch to squad only is reasonable, but shouldn't be the default. |
