I expected it to be more than just a boring ambush except with a couple of CCP devs in a purple suit
TBH i was expecting a skirmish, when i got told it was going to be an ambush i was like meh but still had hope
I hoped that it was going to be the usual 16v16 except that ther might be area to protect the purple AI mercs running around from the other team and that you had to keep ther clones from getting depleted while you tryed to deplete ther clones
Or at least AI mercs running around in purple that you could choose to kill or protect
Sort of like a PVE mode tbh
Except it was just a normal ambush, meh |

The events DO keep people playing. Sure, for those of us looking forward to hardcore PvP, it's nothing special. But for the EvE players, getting to shoot CCP guys and girls is really cool. Heck, CCP Rust jumped in Dark Clouds tank and got a couple of small missile kills. I've said before CCP need to play WITH the competative groups, and the casual guys, and the warriors (trolling 101 class, from the masters). Those refs from the tourney should have been on comms (listening only), and playing, trying to follow orders. CCP getcha spy game up yo :D
A new build would be nice, dont get me wrong, but between the testers tourney, the new game modes, Quafe agents, and server swarm, they've done pretty well at keeping us entertained. |

i played one of those Quafe events and wow... best ambush i've ever played.
the other team just continued to push (agent was on my team)
it was a very nice fight to try and defend the agent
nice touch to ambush |

The 3 minutes I got to play one was a bit of let down, and they asked us not to play more than 1, so I am torn, between trying to gun one of them down with my move sharpshooter and just waiting for another such event where I have more than 1 ccp person to shoot. |

Sorry bud, but I really enjoyed the Quafe match I played. It was really cool and the players on my team tried really hard to defend the Agent whilst the enemy team just chased the herd of reddots as best they could xD |

QuafeAgentFrame went 1/5 in the match I was in, but we still managed to win. Perhaps this is why they don't play with us, we are kind of mauling them. >.> |

Have to ask, having played, how quickly do you get the BPs? Maybe I'm being stupid (won't be the first time!), but was assuming I'd see it either as salvage, or a mention somewhere after the match finished. |

Thanks. I can now relax, and let others enjoy the challenge. Am fairly sure I lived up to my corp's name in the battle too, dying with great frequency! Excellent, fast paced fight too. |

Since the new item doesn't exist in game yet, we will have to wait until the next update. It will then appear in the Item Redemption menu when selecting a character. |

It does exist in game, switch to variations tab on an AR and the Exile AR is listed. It just needs to be seeded onto players. |

I didn't even know what we were supposed to do. The enemy team had the agent, so I just killed him when I saw him with his silly little sniper rifle 
And these suits are the kinds of things you do NOT use >_< |

I saw a dev post somewhere that said log in a shoot someone and you're OK. I think they filter out people that log into matches but spawn in the back and do absolutely nothing just to collect on the special stuff.

im going to have to agree, i got up early so that i could get a match in for the quafe suits..which i probably wont even use cuz im not skilled in scout. and it was a big let down. one quafe agent, and he was afk for half the match and went 0/1 i think. I had more fun blowing up SyNergy's tank than i would have looking for an agent that wasn't even spawned in half the battle....lame |

will say i expected a bit more of a fight from the agent 0/5 is kinda sad when all it really did was run towards its allies behind cover. wanted to work for that kill not play "cat and mouse" i get that enough with the randoms i play against.
suggestion: if any possible tweak with AI make it tactically use gear to defend itself most game AI either has perfect perscision with its weapon or is about as smart as a rock. i dont really wanna feel like im taking out a defective solider or god mode all the time but more of a mystery on what each encounter may be like. |

another good thing i had seen was the way the installations were dropping in enemy clone units all over at certain intervals that kept the flanking from the enemy going and allies head hunting, nice touch there! |
