Would try it out with the Tactical AR. Didnt try it yet. Also heard its easier and faster to manuever tanks with that. |

K/M here, G5 Mouse and N52TE for the keyboard.
Tac A/R is ok, driving is much easier. |

I do know NAV HIV that driving my LAV is much easier. With so many matches starting with out players, I often get to do my race course driving at least a few times a day, with K/M thats much easier to do. I expect tanks should be easier as well.

Not sure about ground vehicles but I find flying Dropships to be better when Sixaxis is used. |

I use a mix of keyboard/mouse and PS3 controller; I find the latter a little easier for vehicles, but maybe that's just because I need more practice  |

I would be using Keyboard and mouse if the mouse sensitivity slider and mouse sensitivity wasn't broken, But it'll probly be fixed in the next build.
It's been broken since Codex launch. Been waiting ever since. I don't have a DPI Adjustable mouse. I'm not getting the XIM EDGE or the Eagle Eye.
This game supports kb/m. It just needs to be fixed so the slider works, and maybe add an option so we can also Adjust the X and Y sensitivity.
.. can't wait till it's fixed.. I'm excited to play properly again with my mouse, but.. also tired. |

I am, but the x-axis on my mouse feels 10x's more sensitive than it should when set to 0, but with smoothing the Y axis barely moves :-/ |

i bought the XIM3 and its amazing, you can change the mouse sensitivity on the Xim, so it actually saves it for the game, other wise you get the mouses hardwired settings. If you have issues with Xim, message me ill help you out.
When you do it correctly, meaning you set up Xim, done the correct settings it feels great. |

I don't particularly feel the X/Y disparity in any fashion that's been noticeable.
Mind you my KB/M is a cheapass Logitech mk520. No adjustable DPI or what-have-you. Not even multiple buttons outside of the 3 standard. |

If you get something like a XIM3, then yes because you can adjust the in game mouse settings.
Also with swarm launchers, forge guns, AR, laser rifles yes it does make them all easier. I said easier not better, really its you the player that makes the moves. |

I used to use ds3 only then started using kbm for ar and laser. Now I've completely switched over to kbm, it is so much better and more accurate than the ds3. |

Hey DEADPOOL5241 I'm gunna make a note of your name, I watched a few videos of the XIM EDGE .. did you get the XIM3 or XIM EDGE? they look different but probly work the same.
If i had to- I'd probly get the XIM EDGE as of now.. I could use a computer to set up profiles and configure other settings. and also i think i can change my sensitivity while in game through the in game config thing. looks like a solution for people like me who are having problems with the sensitivity.
Have you used it with a standard mouse? like a 10 dollar optical mouse without a DPI adjuster.
I'm terrible at aiming with the sticks on the PS3 controller. It's very frustrating to know how much better I'd be when using mouse, BUT that's just me I'm not saying one is better then the other, specifically for me though Mouse is better.
just to show you some numbers (not that K/D ratio matters) but when they first put kb/m on here i went from around .3 - .45 to 1.8 .. I was mainly up front with an AR. that was before codex, It was very hard to turn but my aiming was accurate.
well, I may wait until next build just to see how things go, But I'll keep the XIM EDGE in mind.

Same here, EEC with custom key binding on my n52 and i just plug the mouse directly into the ps3 with the DPI set at 200

good for turrets imo.. you can have both mouse and DS3 at the same time- i was gonna do this for when i jumped in turrets i would switch to mouse, except I play with inverted controls on DS3, but normal on a mouse, which couldn't be done, the up and down on the mouse were also reversed |
